Valid concessions include full time students, backpackers with accommodation receipt and not working in Australia and senior's card.
Please fill in the survey form before you enrol in a tour. We will endeavour to cater for your needs and skill level. Your time is appreciated.
You must confirm your tour 24 hours before departure time by phone or email.
The tour leader will carry a mobile phone for contact during the tour.
Participants are expected to arrive 10 minutes before the listed start time of the tour as tours can't wait for late arrivals.
No refunds are given for missed tours - it is up to you to turn up on time.
