2 Full day Image Manipulation - Photo Book - Photoshop Course

This practical 12 hour course held over 2 days, covers the fundamentals of image manipulation to make your images ready for the web, a slide show, a photo book or to print out and display. You will be shown how to refine your photos and use colour, saturation and contrast setting to improve your image. You will discover the histogram, layers and mask window and be taken through a variety of examples to teach you how to manipulate your own photos. A selection of filters will be demonstrated and dodge (lighten) and burn (darken) will be explained Other techniques such as feather, blur and liquify will be included in the workbook tasks.

You may wish to create a digital photo book with your images after you have finished editing them. Your tutor will explain what is involved in making a photo book. Custom photo books make a wonderful addition to a coffee table and treasured gifts. When you create a book you need to colour match all of your photographs and make them ready for print. This process will be taught in the post imaging course and simple graphic design features will be pointed out to make your book look professional.
